3. You will then be getting an e-confirmation from us within a few days. You should keep and bring the e-confirmation to exchange it with the real tickets on dates we'll announce later.

    Just bought the tickets. Can't believe it! The only thing is, I'm from WA and not flying in until the night before, so hopefully I will be able to pick up my tickets from the door if I have my e-confirmation???
    You guys are amazing for organising this, really, so appreciative.

    Uh, but are we guaranteed of tickets once we pay you? No offence, but I'm not sure if maybe things have been done backwards ... and that we should be emailling first, and once we have confirmation that we've got in, THEN we pay.

    But presumably you will be immediately refunding people who paid too late?

    Yeehah! My ticket is all paid for! Haha coming all the way from New Zealand makes this the most expensive movie ticket I ever bought... :D

    Hi Everyone,

    Once you have paid for tickets, you will get an email from us and your seats are guaranteed. The seats won't be allocated so you might have to come earlier to get good seats. But this also means that you can still sit with a friend even if you buy the tickets separately and at different times.

    Once we have sold out all the seats, we will officially make an announcement on the Blog to make sure that we won't get any more ticket payments. And of course we will refund anyone who has paid and couldn't get tickets.

    For everyone who has paid via Paypal last night, you will get an e-confirmation from us soon, probably later today or tonight. As for the Bank Transfer, I will send you a confirmation once I've received the funds. They usually take slightly longer to come through.

    Quick question - if we've paid by EFT and sent you an email about it, are we on the 'RSVP' list even if you don't see the funds showing up in your account till a couple of days later? I just paid through my Commonwealth account and I know it takes a couple of days to transfer through ...

    About to buy my tickets now - my only other worry/query is regarding the double screens in that venue. I don't know about anyone else who went to the Twilight con, but I found it incredibly irritating and distracting to have the exact same footage playing right next to each other on two different screens - do you know what will be happening with you guys? If it can be made into one screen, or if you'll only use one of the two?

    Hi everyone,

    In terms of the payments, if you paid using Bank Transfer - it might take a while (I've only received a few payments yesterday) but I think I've matched up ALL the Paypal payments with the emails. If you used Paypal to pay for the tickets, we're quite certain that we've received them.

    I apologise for the delay on the e-confirmation. We've sent a few last night, but we are completely swamped with emails and since we need to fill up the form manually, one by one...it will take some time.

    Oh, and I went to the Twilight Convention as well. I will address the 'screen' issue to the technicians in UTS and will update you with any progress on that.

    Is it possible to reserve two tickets? I'll definitely be paying/going but i'm just trying to figure out payment options. I tried to make a paypal account but i'm 1.5 months shy of 18!! But i will figure it out!
    btw, can someone explain to me how a money order works? Cheers.

    Money order.... you walk into the post office, ask them for a money order and give them the money. They'll make out a money order to How To Be for you (just like a cheque) and then you post it off. Then when Cilla and Shann get that, they go to the post office and collect the money. And its done.
